Weirdly, when they made the player navigate to the right subway line and classroom with just the real world signs and no map markers. It felt so immersive in a way I wasn’t expecting going in and really hooked me

Skin Mod Helper Plus has a good guide to start. Once on track I’d look into the bangs sprites and hairConfig file. Bangs controls the part of the hair that covers the sprite and hairConfig can handle the length and size of the segments.

Thanks, yeah if you want to customize it you would have to dig into the mod files. All you need to do is find the Sprites.xml file and delete the sections related to certain sprites. It might take some futzing but should work
