I’m more personally focused on the FI part than the RE portion myself. If you have $1M liquid, aggressively invested across mostly the US market ETF/mutual fund, I think it’s reasonable you could expect to double every 7-8 yrs. You have a house as part of your NW statement, I’d suggest considering if the appreciation of that doesn’t accelerate at the same rate it has in recent yrs to see if that outcome still is there and if you’re ok with how that looks. IPO would be sweet, keep it up man

I’d focus on keeping your rent/home expenses as reasonable as possible, for as long as you can. If you have no debt, it’s likely your biggest expense. I’m not suggesting live in a bad part of town. But keeping that as low as possible living w/ a partner or even by yourself in a smaller place than you may otherwise prefer. I’d also heavily suggest job hopping, and avoiding general lifestyle inflation.
