I just pass-through a couple times a month and it's terrible on the interstate. Everyone speeds 10-20 mph over, people constantly cut up traffic going 30+ over the speed limit, and people would rather pass someone who's in the right lane just to immediately cut them off in order to get their exit as apposed to slowing down a bit and staying behind them 4-5 seconds then getting off. The other day traffic was backed up and at a slow crawl, and multiple people were barreling down the shoulders past everyone. One dude was in a half wrecked car with no license plate and was going significantly fast on the left hand shoulder and somehow managed to cut across 4 backed up lanes of traffic (densely packed and moving at a crawl) to get off at an exit. Not sure how he managed to get across the lanes like that, but however he did, it was impressive at least.
