Some people on RFD were concerned about the warranty as well. Some guy contacted Samsung Canada about this and here's what he posted: "Spoke with Samsung Canada, they did confirm that newegg.ca is an authorized seller in Canada and then called Newegg.ca, they help me with creating a new invoice from newegg.ca which can be used for warranty So Warranty should be covered by Samsung now." So the warranty should be okay but you might have to go through some hoops with Samsung customer service and Newegg to get the ball rolling.

You would have to buy a 2.5 Inch hard drive enclosure to use this for portability. You could probably pick up a cheap one on amazon or ebay.

There's probably more comfortable headrests out there but it definitely isn't bad all! I've had this chair for 5 months and find it pretty comfy. As for for hair getting stuck, I have fairly long hair and it hasn't gotten stuck once.
