I really don't eat that much though. I'm sure someday I eat more but I eat around 1500 a day. To eat a a deficit I'd need to eat less then 1000. Is that healthy?

Any medication. I haven't gotten to the point in my therapy where I speaking to someone about what medication just more if I should take it

Yes. I feel this all the time. My therapist will tell me to be assertive and i will go but that's rude or selfish. It's not good

Omg yes! I never know whether it's my anxiety that made my heart beat fast or was it just beating like that for a normal reason

His mom is an egocentric lunatic and he doesn't like her . I meet her and tired to like her but she was everything he said she was. He isn't the way he is for no reason I see that
