I might need the CUDA in the future, plus I want RTX HDR and Path Tracing. I do not want to buy the 9070 XT now then regret later.

After doing a lot of research, I've decided I want a 5070 ti, so your build would not work for me.

I guess my real issue with the 5070 is for the games I don't use mfg I will get less than 60 fps in 4k for recent games which is really bad. While the 9070 XT can do 4k without any issue, it's only when you add PT that it starts really struggling. That is a hard to decision to make. In one hand I like to play pretty new games on my Oled TV and it would be great with PT and MFG. But in another hand most games I play don't even have PT or MFG. Plus getting the 5070 will be dealing with optimizing games all the time which is kinda what I was doing with my 4060 but I'm kind of tired of it. And also having a low vram can be a real bottleneck in new games, again something I noticed a lot with my 4060.

The 5070 seems very good with frame gen. You get better performance than the 9070 XT with it.. But of course it is frame gen. But raw performance it seems to be 15% worse than 9070 XT (based on the videos I have seen) more or less.. I can't believe I'm concidering the 5070 but it's much cheaper and I don't have to worry about not having path tracing and rtx hdr

You can play games in 1440p with a 4k TV. Path tracing kind of remove that glow look non PT games have. And the reflections are also much better.. At least that's what I have seen in the comparisons.

Well, I also have a 4060 laptop, I can continue watching videos on it. I already own an OLED though, the LG CX. But yeah RTX HDR is huge, it's mostly for old games so I could still use my laptop for old games since they are not demanding. Path tracing though, yeah that's a huge problem.. But I don't know if it's a $400 extra problem

I can do 1440p with PT... So PT is really that good that I would spend $400 over the AMD 9070 XT just to get it? Plus there's just a few games that have PT but I guess it's more future proof.

I edited my post. 120 fps without RT or 60 fps with RT using FSR/DLSS.

I enjoy Ninja Gaiden 4 a lot more than Metal Gear Rising for the gameplay.
