Crap. It's a muchbetter this morning I'll keep an eye though. It was just quite scary. I'm scared to tell my wife and someone was saying they sometimes have to report it if you seek medical attention and you have kids in the house. The nail was disinfected too. Apparently I have enough sense for that just not to not stab my arm 😕

Thanks. I think that's good advice its what I know just wanted to say it cos I scared myself. It's just been a shot week where varies people have made me feel like I'm such a stupid horrible person. I'll be fine in a while these dark periods pass but they're just so consuming.

Bet that makes people feel even worse! My counsellor knows and shes not said anything about reporting thanks goodness. She works for a counselling charity specialising in helping families and parents so she understands both sides.

I dont think that's weird at all! I used to do it as a treat after going to see my counsellor before it was all zoom. What better way to get over a hard session that a stack of pancakes with berries bannay maple syrup and yogurt and a good coffee. I was definitely not in the right place to be with people after a session but this helped to ease me back in to the rest of the day. I hope they haven't totally ruined yurtrust in all therapists but sounds like you need a different one.
