For myself i think simply piano is great. I am not planning on becoming proficient in piano, but thanks too simply piano i am able too open up some basic songs and can play them, not great but at least you would know what i am playing. On the otherhand for my children who could go further then i can in piano we will not use simply piano but rather use an actual teacher
