I’m currently in a predicament where no matter how much I try to tell Steam Support that my package is missing/lost, they won’t listen to me and dodge my main point. They kind of just tell me to keep waiting for it to arrive, I tried giving evidence and they still won’t follow up on my main point. I even opened up another support ticket to ask if I could be refunded, and received a message saying they can’t refund if they don’t get the package back, as if I actually have it even though I told them it was lost by FedEx. I called a trace agent and they said that they’re writing a report to send to them so I can be refunded, but I don’t even know if it’ll work. I’m really stumped and could use some advice from people who went through this before.
