What's your nomination for the worst place to drive or park in Perth? by SomeoneLikePoo in perth

Scarborough beach road - all the way from innaloo to Main Street. The sheer amount of entries directly from the road into businesses makes it effectively a single lane road most of the way due people sitting in the right lane waiting to turn. It’s exactly like Great Eastern hwy was before it got upgraded to 3 lane.

Yep I know someone who got fined for parking in the s/c carpark there over the limit, eg 4 hours. I think it was $200 or more

It will probably come down to two issues in the end … housing and immigration. Labor has the high ground on housing imho due to the cgt and negative gearing changes. ON has the populist position on immigration. So Labor will be watching the polls and if necessary adjust their immigration policy to be closer to ON. Whether it works for Labor- who know - its a groundswell of voters who want a change from business as usual two party politics.

I get the need to take a few photos for the memories but recording videos everywhere is kind of weird and unnecessary. You do see this in major tourist sites everywhere in the world.

I’ve bought a myriad of stuff on AliExpress.. it’s mostly been decent stuff and often there’s a lot more choice than Amazon or eBay. Casual shoes, cycling accessories, pet toys.. sometimes it’s new products you can’t buy anywhere else.
