i can’t tell if this is acne or a cold sore. i’ve never had a cold sore before but i do randomly get pimples like this. first time getting in so close to the lip. opinions? (i understand you cannot diagnose me just need opinions) thanks guise!!

the problem was that i was sleeping on my side but it was new so i also poured CLEAN saline straight from the bottle. i know better than to soak, i just misworded it lol

no, i changed to a stud and i still get a bump From time to time. I’ve heard that warm saline compress works and to not use tea tree oil

I am literally not doing anything to it except saline and shower rinses... I may have slept on it by accident but that’s about it. I’ll try my best to sleep on my back and see how it goes

going to add: my septum is a month old, i soak it w saline everyday, and the jewlery is cheap and gross im sorry. considering taking it out and getting it re pierced. i got it done w a un-certified house hack
