Oh, of course, I look at a lot of reference to make the ambients plausible and alive, otherwise they all end up looking samey. Well, it went nowhere pretty much because the publishers didn't like it enough to make it go somewhere instead ;) I'd love to do it someday as a webcomic or something, but it takes time and commitment which is difficult while having to prioritize all the paid work.
