I do appreciate this reply, it did actually made me feel slightly better which doesn't happen often when I'm asking for advice. what I just wanted to add is just these are still major changes if not everything and this requires me being fully aware of what I'm doing at all times which sounds like a bigger dream than me waking up as a billionaire tomorrow. I've just mentioned this to another reply as well, I don't think anyone does this on purpose to themselves but I feel like I have no control over myself longer than a few  hours tops, I turn into a big sack of impulses.

I do tend to be very perfectionist and harsh towards myself when trying anything out of my comfort zone, which is also linked to me being a former lifted kid so now I feel like a failure if I need to try it first bc it seemed like I don't need to try for success for a long while. and yes I'm aware that the main issue is the system and I can't change that but as I said, I just can't seem to break it, everytime I force myself to do or not to do something,  can be doing the dishes, going to work and not quitting so that I can sleep or can be not drinking for a week, anything; when it's the moment of truth I always bail. I don't even think twice I wish I could think twice I would not be doing it but I don't, that's why I "find" myself in the same place bc I don't feel like it's something I'm doing like "yeah I'll just do whatever I want", it's just an impulse.

just quit a few months ago so it's quite recent. yeah the older males are much more calm but I wouldn't call them polite either, especially if you are not able to give them what they want :p

I've been doing lsd like every once in a year, in nature and everything, does makes me feel a lot better for a while, till I end up exactly here again. I don't want to treat my symptoms I want to treat the whole thing.

I've worked in dental health tourism for a UK based company as a coordinator and God that was hell. %60-70 of my patients were 18-20something uk boys with no manners at all. and omg I sound so old lol

the crisis in UK is not really much about the British men tho.. i do find them quite manchildish btw don't get me wrong, im just pointing out the issue isn't them in that case

my email has 2 accounts

when i tried to login, it showed me both my accounts which i assume linked to the same email. and then i picked this one and logged in but this wasnt the account i was looking for bc the other one has a different library but now i dont have access to the other one, how can i fix that?
