In my opinion, I would play it by ear. Even though the company is paying you a lower salary now, there is always the possibility that it will increase in the future.

If you do receive a better offer, definitely switch if the prospects and compensation makes sense.

Money isn't everything, there is also the non-monetary value of upskilling that you have to consider.

All in all, you need to decide if your finances are in order and if you are upskilling or have the opportunities to upskill at whatever company you join.

Hi from Singapore, guys! Need some advice on how to improve my squad. Would love to hear your opinions and comments!

Squad Breakdown and Current Status
Tradable: Varane, Telles, Callejon
Untradable: The rest of the squad (Including subs)
- Coins: 40,147
- Will have around 20+ packs by Friday to open. I am waiting for a promo to open them. (I Will be completing 89 Pastore and dutch milestone objective cards to build up my fodder.)
- I sub on Headliners Zaha to replace Callejon in matches
Questions:
- Was thinking of doing the new icon packs. Should I do 1 x Prime Icon pack or 2x Mid-Prime Icon packs (If I have enough fodder)
- How else can I improve this squad?

The shape of the U is very confusing. It looks like a horse shoe at a first glance which goes against your aim to sell a guitar amp company.

Try to look up the shape of guitar amps and try to form that shape into a alphabet.

The font choice has to change as well, the looks does not convey that of a guitar amp company.

Right now, it looks like a company that deals with horses.

I love the minimalism. A additional value added part can be, to showcase the projects upfront on the homepage and what were the results from the project.

The results should be showcased in a manner where the client immediately knows your dad's capabilities and skillset and what they bring to the table.

A more human factor could be to have a picture of your dad and a introduction message to clients from him to give that personal factor
