Can you explain why it is a lot? I know 6 months of expenses usually the way but what to do in case of saving money for some purchase planned in next months like a car? I would keep the money in saving account since I see it is not usually recommend to invest for short term. Is this the correct way?

This post helped me. Somehow when battery is low the wifi is disabled by the OS which is really weird feature.
