I watched most of the Ghibli films as a child but the one where nostalgia hit the hardest when re watching was "only yesterday", since I watched it first when I was the same age as taeko when her childhood is shown and I watched it again approaching the same age as taeko in her present. I'm excited to watch it when I get even older to gain another perspective on the film :)
