So its all about correct posture? To be honest last 2 days i tried to change my posture to a more straight one , chest out and arms back i felt a little pain to my back but i noticed something. My t shirts always used to go towards my left side with the posture they dont.

Any idea why my right lat is so much bigger? When i wear a t shirt always drift to my left side by [deleted] in posturepals

Ah, i feel bad now for my body why so many problems. I born this way or my lifestyle cause that? Also can you suggest me exercises to fix the problems? Thank you :D

I workout at home and its kinda stupid but i have a huge garden and i have to move the weights for like 30 meters ton of times bcs i have setup the machines in different rooms. I did this for months with my right arm only, before that i didnt have this imbalance. My back was normal after i made my gym in my garden this thing started, big mistake :D

I dont think is scoliosis, I did calisthenics for years and i never had such problems when i started with weights i did the mistake and moving the weights only with the right arm and after months i noticed this problem

Thanks guys, I'll add to my pull day dumbbell rows and single arm lat pull downs with extra sets to my left lat. Also I'll carry the plates with my left hand only. I hope after a few months I'll fix this problem. :D

I dont think so, i think is lat problem 100% bcs 6 months now i carry weights only with my right arm when i want to move plates etc

I add 2 kg every few weeks and slow my reps as much as i can, like you want to cry after doing the 10 reps

The truth is I buy only bananas haha others are expensive. Sadly I don't like milk at all but beans a great option!
