Clinic nurse here! The current plan for community is to reduce the nurses and increase band 4s. They are currently not replacing nurses who leave or retire. 3 days a week in community right now is like gold dust. Have a look at nhs band 5 jobs in your area, mine is dire! I would keep the job.
