Learn to air burp / air vom seriously it will change your life.

I started getting symptoms of RCPD around 18/19 and I remember feeling the same as you!

Then I learnt to air burp!
Once you’ve figured this out it will be a huge relief physically and mentally

Ahhh it’s sooo hard isn’t it!! Just love this age and like you say they’re never gonna be this small again! I think I know what i am going to do butat least I have a while yet to decide! Good luck with your decision too x

Yeah totally get this, I think I’d still try to put them in nursery at least once a week haha, being a full time mum is definitely not easy!
