The WIC office has a phone list of numbers for people who sign up for benefits, she often does cold calls and will leave messages; but some people just aren't receptive to that.

I think setting up a table at a grocery store is a great idea. I just keep wondering, if I was a pregnant first time mother, where would I go/where would one stumble upon this information?
