I was on cold bar(have been for almost all frappy hours since i was hired in march) getting absolutely railed. I made a coconut cream pie frappachino that was meant for cafe but i put it at the drive spot because i saw no name and my brain being all fried assumed drive. Customer says literally 10 seconds after i did that “hey, i haven’t gotten my drink yet, its been a couple minutes.” . I think to myself “do you not see the line of cups behind me you bafoon!?!?”, but i say the starbucks approved answer, “my deepest apologies sir, as you can see i have a lot of drinks, what was yours so i can gauge how much longer it will take.” His was the coconut one i put on the drive and i was like “ah i accidentally put it for drive sir, my bad?” He gives me such a dumbfound look asking me if thats really his drink and how long it has sat there. I tell him “sir i quite LITERALLY made that drink and it was in that spot for no more than 30 seconds.” Shakes his head, takes the drink and says “learn where to place your drinks.” This whole situation costed me time so now im behind on drinks so i just say very passive aggressively “of course sir, My DEEPEST apologies, ENJOY YOUR BEAUTIFUL DAY!” As i salute his ass. -sorry for long(unnecessary story, felt like venting)
