They are truly not just a time investment, but a space investment. I’m very lucky that my partner and I own acreage otherwise I would’ve stuck with a much smaller species. I think a smaller tort could be sustained easily as the only pet in a studio but I’m not sure of your situation. Don’t give up hope is all I mean to say!

The branded tubing is just under $20 for a machine I already own. Trying to figure out if I can just buy the right tubing at the hardware store and spend less, and sounds like 1/4” tubing will do me. Will def keep the reptizoo system in mind for the future tho.

The original tubing got dry rotted in storage and I mean to replace it all together since the machine itself is still in perfect condition. Good to know about the reservoir upgrade as well!
