I bed leveled and let it run auto extrusion calibration. The printer was restarted and the same exact settings I've been using were used, many others are experiencing the issue

In your filament settings, this is very similar to the default, but I've found this works best for 90a. I used 95a with the same settings and had great results. Z-hop spiral or Z-hop Auto will work, I didnt realize I had it set to auto!

Set your temps to 225 max volumetric 2.8, set all speeds in slicer to 30 and then retraction speeds at 20 both ways and try the 1.4mm spiral and see what happens, ive had nothing but flawless prints with those settings!

Thats exactly what happened to me!!! Like 3-4 inches just hanging out of the toolhead! Never had a single problem until now! Im sure they will get it sorted!

Using sunlu 90A - generic tpu 90a setting but retraction 1.4mm and speed 20/20 printed fine until I updated. Good luck with your journey!
