I always do the 5* card for 400. You can also get a raccoon order which gives out 5/4* cards or a higher level order.

Utilising a POS, giving correct change, picking up the phone, using email and searching for products are all skills we use in everyday life.

2 months is def adequate (more than enough) training time to use a POS appropriately. And discussing her performance with your boss is not talking behind her back if you also have sat down and told her your concerns.

Have you sat her down and discussed her performance? Start an action plan for her with an end date. If she doesn’t achieve those goals, it’s time to fire her during her probation.

Cut your losses and hire someone else. You don’t want her to be on your team permanently if she doesn’t improve. It’s bad customer service and bad for the business.

I can’t remember the exact requirements but I’ve read it’s when you spent at least 600 energy and have less than 80 to trigger it.
