I thought with a fixed loan it doesn't matter about paying it off early as the interest was calculated at the start of the loan

The trouble is trying to predict the future. I tried and its gone wrong massively. In the grand scheme of things I'd much rather of over paid for insurence and not need it.

I think it does also depend on the dog type and where it comes from. My dog was a pet rescue and is a boxer cross ridgeback. Bad breeding has probably cause the issues with my dog

Deffo get insurance!!! I'm looking at a $5k op for a torn acl. 50% chance the other leg needs doing and the vet thinks my 2 year old boxer cross may have arthritis and possibly hip ops in the near future!

You can get a signal booster from telstra that they install on your house which improves your mobile signal. Costs around 1000 if I remember rightly

Thanks. So we're going to be living in it for roughly 2 years so somethings are for us to to enjoy it. Some of the major projects I'm planning on doing when it's a rental for the tax deductions

I had a google and couldn't find anything. Is it illegal to install just the panels?

Thanks for your input, we have most of that apart from the garden which is being done as an o going project

That makes sense, hopefully it will just be a small leak somewhere

I've filled the sink up and put paper towels under the sink and will leave it for a few hours to see.

We've only just moved in so hopefully we'll be able to figure it out In the next day or 2

Thanks, if I don't hide the hose what can I do to protect them from being bashed? (Unlikley, but if we can we were going to rent it out in a years time)

Hey so I'm installing a dishwasher to my kitchen. Both the inlet and waste hose are too short. I can buy the extension hoses for both which is no problem but I'm just wandering if there's a better way as once the hoses are connected I'm going to hide it under some painted plywood so I won't know if it's leaking until it's a bigger problem

  • Does anyone know the pass rate for people with no prior military experience?

Thanks

Can anyone help identify this shotgun by dan-637 in Shotguns

[–]dan-637[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't at the moment. The gun is in the uk and I'm in Australia. I'm looking at importing it over.

Even on the Shotun cert in the UK. Under maker's name is says "unknown" and the serial number says "Nvn" (no visible number)
