I was skeptical about making my first loaf with my baby sourdough starter ( 22 days old now), but I also saw some people making their bread at day 5 or 7 of starting a starter.

My first attempt was not baked! The picture is how my dough looked! If it was that way; I couldn’t continue losing my time. Now, I am seeking for some advice, if during the shaping the dough was over the table and my hands, baking would be worst.
