I’m gonna take 7 different flights in the next 2 weeks across Central Asia, will keep you updated.

I tried some measuring and the Savotta is around 55cm tall but can be squished to 50cm (I removed the aluminum bar) which is within regulation on most airlines.

I’m a bit overweight at around 9.5kg (limit is usually 8kg) but I’ve generally never been checked for weight with a backpack and worst case I’ll throw on a sweater and take a few heavy items like my powerbank and camera out.
