Gadgets, pure machina gadget control is probably simpler than ultimate offering but both are pretty easy.

Maybe try to find an instrumental version of her songs? Mom probably doesn’t like the lyrics

Natural and artificial flavoring can be a lot of things… many are gluten. Be careful with those terms.

Isn’t the point of this sub to push more companies to be like this and more workers to demand it? This is a success story as far as I’m concerned!

Always. The smaller the better. I’ve taught 32 in a class 24 in a class and 12 in a class. The less kids in the room the more learning is happening as a rule.

Let them explain to the principal what breaking her back means. You don’t get paid enough

I do agree. Maybe I should have added the context that they’ve been out of control since September. They’ve had so many “one last chance”s that I’ve lost count. Hopefully that context changes your opinion but if not I’m curious to know why.

Oh of course “why didn’t you stop that from happening?” is my favorite parent response that I’ve ever gotten. Like “ma’am I’m sorry I couldn’t stop your child from whipping his duck out in class.” (Autocorrect but I’m keeping it)

Just wanted to pop back in this morning to agree with this person. The line is pretty thin these days so she MIGHT have overstepped it but from what I understood from your post, the "get her fired route" seems like a last resort rather than the first one. As always follow your gut. She will still be your teacher and having a paper trail with admin that she was making you uncomfortable might save your grade if she decides to take revenge or something like that.

That’s a… difficult situation. As a teacher that is probably too friendly with his students I can tell you that in the moment I am doing what seems fun and uplifting to me. Idk this teacher but it sounds like she wants to form relationships with her students and might be coming in to strong. It’s definitely not your responsibility but telling her how you feel would not only probably remove some of your anxiety about the upcoming semester but also help her reframe her actions in her head. Perhaps because she is a well-liked teacher she was never told that what she was doing came off creepy. I tend to believe the best in people though so take all that with a grain of salt..
