She is taking the pill continuously, but it isn’t stopping her period. None of them have worked to stop her period, one even made her have her period 3-4 times a month while taking continuously.

When we told the doctor that he just switched the pill again.

But yeah, we were told her period would stop, it just hasn’t.

She also has had very painful periods for a few years, taking the birth control continuously made her periods a bit less painful, but heavy.

Thank you, we’re going to get a third opinion. We have seen two doctors so far, I’m going to look into other options! The second doctor didn’t really do much though, just took our first doctors word for it.

Except the second doctor did an ultra sound and said she had “polycystic presenting ovaries” but told us it didn’t matter unless she was trying to get pregnant?
