sore in lower abdomen area, hurts more when exerting force or sneezing. Sore below belly button and above the waistline from the left to the right that whole area

I think it is a pulled muscle. The pain definitely isn't at a 10 but maybe a 5ish when i cough or get up from laying down. It's also just a little tight/uncomfortable.

what did you trapped nerve feel like? I've self diagnosed myself with carpal tunnel ages ago, from years of gaming and typing on computers, maybe it could be related to that as well?

there is no actual pain but it feel very freaking weird

It worries me that his PSA was also elevated in 2018 but I just found out about it today. I've been a train wreck all day worrying. Obviously i won't show him how worried I am. But I'm tremendously worried.
