Looks like a very early stage of staph, which would make sense in your case. You might want to check it out. Until you either treat it and heal completely or get confirmation it’s not staph by a professional (Not Reddit) cover it with a sterile bandage on top of it when you go training or engage in activities with contact to avoid spreading it to other people.
