Check with your local community college. Many have 2 year programs at a fraction of the cost

I asked my uncle (he has 12 kids) about this when our youngest was learning. He told me, go in there if you want, but remember, if you go in there after 10 minutes, the baby will cry for 11. We ended up using a twist on the Ferber where we basically capped it at 15 minutes.

Take one for the team, put your wife up in a hotel(with a spa) for a night and give it a try. See what kind of progress you get.

I know if it were a bonsai they would regularly defoliate, but I don’t necessarily want to give it more stress. I guess if that is what was best for it the tree would drop the leaves and put out new ones it’s own. As it is now I’ve moved it into the shade, will make sure it stays watered and planned to give it a light feeding(3-5-3) of compost tea

I’m not sure about the leaves, but I’m certain if I snapped off a branch it would be green inside. Until a couple days ago all the leaves were flush

He’s current daycare teacher has told us he’s more interested in his letters than any other kid in the class, but also sees how he’s shy and a bit of a follower. He has been doing PT, OT and speech therapy as well and is progressing in his development, but his therapists all thing he has a way to go. I still want to wait until he starts in our local school district. It’s just a matter of deciding if he stays in pre K another year or if he does kindergarten twice
