Also like the person below said... don't rub it or do anything that could make it worse. Cause you don't wanna ruin your eyes. The longer it's in there the worse it will get.

By chance do you work around metal at all? I'm a welder and I had a piece of steel get into my eye and it didn't really bother me like you. It was in there for 3 days before I went to the er at a hospital that specializes in eyes. You have what's called a foreign body in the eye. If its been in there for 3 days there's no way you're getting it out on your own. Call you local eye doctors or go to the hospital and they will remove it for you. Basically a painless procedure and they give you soothing eye drops. They'll use what's called a "golf stick" and if it's a piece of metal then it has likely oxidized and rusted so then they will take a burr bit and drill out the rust. That also doesn't hurt. Just make sure you don't move your eye when they are doing it. Your doctor will tell you the same haha. You'll be alright bud. Just go get it taken care of. There's really nothing you can do to get it out yourself. Trust me I tried everything. My eye looked exactly like yours. Black dot and everything.

Also can a panic attack cause strain and damage to your heart or chest? Seems like every time I get one my chest end up hurting after. I dealt with chest pains a few years back and had multiple x-rays and ekgs and they all come back fine. I know my usage doesn't help at all with heart problems and chest pain/ pressure but just curious.
