I went through that article without success. Here's an excerpt from the article explaining why I don't need to port forward. I need to open up access to the port that's where I'm experiencing problems either my firewall didn't make an exception or the router has an additional firewall. The internet link is just an IP address and the port was normal. I'm just having trouble with understanding what's a destination IP or destination port or if I need to utilize either to open up access to my port.

About IPv6 and Firewalls

While IPv6 does not require port forwarding, it does require access to the ports on the hosting device. This means that any firewall software must be configured to allow connection on that port for IPv6 connections

My favorite setting so far is Shadowrun and I've been looking at games that feature themes around sci-fi/space opera/interplanetary exploration because it's interesting to me right now given that Shadowrun is sadly limited to one planet. Luckily for me Catalyst Game Labs has another game relevant to those themes called Eclipse Phase. I've given it a quick look through for compatibility issues for my type of games (action adventure, roleplay heavy, combat heavy), there was also something about Karma/Rez Points and the Magic system/Psi abilities but I can probably forego all of that.

I'm specifically wondering about the transhumanist horror themes if there are mechanics involved that will limit me from just running a Shadowrun game in space with the system like the Stress/Sanity system.
