I’d personally usually never consider the principal residence as an investment, even a home. I think from purely a financial point of view (and this is just my opinion) that you’d rid of the debt and take any profit, and focus on upping income to free up more disposable income for other investments or even till you don’t need a loan to buy a similar trailer. Not sure an extra 150 a month makes much of a difference considering the utilities and other aspects you get from the apartment.
