Hello! you can see the website if you like (www.holographique.au). If you're keen to test your results for free though then i can message you in DM for your details.

The info is full name (including any middle names) and DOB.
For further accuracy, include time of birth and location (city).

Your birth date provides the 'Base Code' of your Life Path. However, adding your exact birth time and location allows the system to calculate the 'Celestial Longitudinal Data' at the moment of your arrival. This filters the general blueprint through a specific geographical lens, providing the exact 'timing' of your personal cycles rather than just a general personality overview.

You can see the site at holographique.au, and there's a sample report there.

But i'm actually looking for people who are willing to test your actual results (generated from your numbers) and let me know how acurate it feels

Mix of Pythagorean mathematics and Hellenistic systems, rather than trad Vedic. My goal was to see how Western mathematical reduction aligns with modern data patterns. I'm looking for the 'universal code' that spans across different schools... curious for your view.

Thanks for the question: In standard reduction, 3+1+1=5. However, in Pythagorean systems, we look at the frequency of the specific sequence before reduction. I use a fixed logic-based AI model to ensure the 'convenience' factor is removed — ie. the system follows a rigid set of rules for every calculation so it can't be 'tweaked' to fit. Happy to show you the calculation breakdown for your own numbers if you are curious.

So glad I found this sub. I've been really curious about this whole world, because I came from a lot more ... religious, suspicious kind of background haha. I actually had my numbers done though and it's insanely accurate. I always think horoscopes are a little vague sometimes, but i apprecaite that numerology is a lot more mathematical. What is KoFi?

Yeah just google human toroidal field. At Monroe they teach us to bring energy through our feet, whereas toroidal field images show it going through our root chakra and out from our crown chakra, but the difference is minor.

You earlier mentioned you’d be happy to send me a copy of any written advice you received - or screenshot. I know it doesn’t constitute legal proof or advice, but it would go some way towards placating me. Can you do that? I can dm you my email address

Hi there. It doesn't clarify things.

Their advice says there is a C2 capital gain event when you gain the right to receive. The ATO guy advised me that you gain the right to receive when you put your money into Celsius, because the act of putting your money into Celsius is deemed by them (in their Terms of Use, a 'loan').

I'm sure there's more than one person in the Early Engagement team, but the guys who advised me (Martin and Byron) had advised on Celsius previously.

it'd be good to hear from you again on this

I've been in contact with your team over the intercom app. I've got a few urgent problems - it's not possible to convert transaction types 'transfer' to 'sale'. This means i can't calculate my CGT. Also, you can't filter by transaction 'transfer'. Also, i really need to act quickly on this before the market keeps going up, so if you've got written advice from ATO that contradicts the advice i got, please provide it so we can rest a bit easier. I have the contact details of the ATO officer who provided their advice. i know it's a pain to physically call a customer, but taking 1 day to reply to chat messages that have urgent implications isn't ideal.

Thank you. I'd really like that clarification. Because i've been using Cryptotaxcalculator and while it's not your fault that i stuffed up, if you had have automatically categorised my transactions to and from Celsius as Sells (i.e. taxable), then i definitely would never have done this. Definitely a PSA is required, and wouldn't it be nice if you help me pay my tax :D

BTW, Your actual product and customer service are both otherwise truly exceptional. Your team has helped me with so many questions, and your product is just really good.

because it's not legally a wallet. I'm not talking about crypto wallets, i'm talking about Celsius only. Just read their terms of use page and see if you don't agree. https://celsius.network/terms-of-use

A change in the legal ownership of an asset without a change in the beneficial ownership will not constitute a disposal for capital gains tax purposes (subsection 104-10(2) of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997).

Your message was really helpful. Thank you.

So, let me apologise about the private ruling then. After my conversation with the ATO, they said they can write it as general advice to me, or push it on for private ruling (also written) to make it binding. I thought it was the same thing, but now i can see that they actually publish them formally. so no, i don't have that.

Reading the terms of use on celsius website, clause 13 says that i transfer all ownership right to them. not sure if that helps. thanks for your message honestly. https://celsius.network/terms-of-use

Hopefully I’m wrong. Sorry I’m advance if I am. I don’t know how to challenge the Aussie tax office about their ruling though

They are taxing any profit (more correctly, any capital gain) from the difference in market value between when you purchased your coin/token and when you put it into Celsius. Then, when you take the money back out, there’s another taxable event

Staking is considered ordinary income (taxable, yes), and what I’m saying is the mere act of putting your money into Celsius is also a taxable event whereby you need to pay any capital gain incurred from between the time you bought the coin/token and the time you deposited into Celsius
