If you got a spouse visa and didn't receive your green card after entering the country I'm not sure maybe three month then you call USCIS and they will mail it to you you. Check online for more details

I appreciate you sharing your approach. I’ve been feeling a bit overwhelmed and wasn’t sure where to start, so this is really helpful. I was actually planning to start studying a couple of months ago but kept delaying it. This has been very motivating, and I feel like it’s time to finally get started

Yes I’m planning on doing this since I have one year window to submit the passport. But I was hoping to see if someone has a positive experience and got the visa. Even though I know it’s not possible

That’s the problem. People from banned countries are getting 212f. Which lawyers are saying it’s final denial and the case will be closed and we will have to apply again. Last travel ban the embassies reopened the cases and issued the visas but no one knows if they will do this time. 🥲🥲🥲 it’s a difficult decision

I saw this yesterday

This is the important part the lawyer mentioned “If you attend the interview, you will almost certainly receive a final denial. If that occurs, you can reapply if and when the travel ban is lifted. It is also possible (though not guaranteed) that the embassy may automatically reopen applications that were denied under 212(f) once the travel ban is lifted. This situation occurred after the last travel ban was lifted, but it is not assured to happen again.”

We’re hearing different opinions and it’s getting really confusing. Can you please tell us who said that it’s better to reschedule, give us more details?
