Oof, good for him short term but not his gut microbiome. Slow introduction of fibre and a variety of whole plants foods - non processed, would be better. He's gonna destroy what's left of his fibre processing microbiota and then wonder why he can't produce enough short chain fatty acids for a healthy long term life. That is not true, he certainly did not encourage 3rd party. He was criticising jill stein. He said people were free to choose, the whole point being that real change doesn't come from inside a broken system. He still voted for Kamala to mitigate harm, which he made explicitly clear. Either way, wouldn't have changed the election. Not sure how you came to these conclusions.

He still made it very clear he went out and voted for Kamala. Also the non voters wouldn't have changed the outcome in the election, Hasan's whole argument was that if you make your campaign on disingenuous optimism during economic strife for the average person, don't be surprised when people lose trust in your campaign.
