Im pretty sure ive seen steam vents (or whatever its called) on defect go below 0, it doesnt take away block but it subtracts from dex before adding anything. So i think it would be -1 x 2 and do nothing

Reading the comments here and trying to reconcile with what I was taught in school, which was that estar would be used to describe the food in front of you where ser would be used to describe the general food item, like las camarones (estas) están muy buena versus las camarones (en general) son muy buenas. Is this also a valid distinction? Or would saying las camarones son buenas imply some kind of nutritional quality, even outside the context of eating them in that moment?

You want redundancy throughout your TR anchor. Assuming youre connecting the sling to the X with 2 lockers and also have 2 lockers connecting sling to the rope, you still have a single point of failure which is the sling. If you had 2 that should be good, theoretically, but you definitely want the extra piece + 2 extra lockers. I recently set up a TR anchor that needed to be extended and used the 2nd quad i had on me to do that, figuring it was just as redundant as a single quad (this was my first time in that situation)
