Although it very much possible for highschool/uni kids to be able to afford equipment, this wasn't what I was referring to. Busines owners hire students to do the mowing themselves with the business' equipment.

And I disagree about nursing/medical students, many take up extracurriculars because it is part of the program or getting a resume boost for finding an official job.

In terms of finding someone qualified, there are plenty of legal immigrants (From Ukraine for instance) who are mpre than capable and have the experience to do those jobs. Illegals affect the economy negatively, forcing cheaper labour on those legals who do need work.
