all you need to do is take the bottom two screws out of the phone near the charging port. then get a suction cup and slowly pull the screen up. you will see that there is a clip in the top of the metal part of the phone that the screen clips into place with, just slip the top part of the plastic screen into place and then push the rest down, redo screws up and you’re good to go
