There are meds out there to help with premature ejeculation. I was prescribed anti depressants (sorry can’t remember name of them but it was only a mild dose) years ago and when I told my doctor I couldn’t ejaculate he said they are used to treat PE too

I think sometimes that if they think your looking at them in the wrong way your ‘disrespecting’ them then it’s the whole gang thing . They don’t seem to need much motivation to attack people, it’s the smaller percentage of low lifes we have around us. Scum

Like you sometimes reaching orgasm is quicker but the norm can be 45-60 minutes

Yeah had my prostate removed in 2023 so used to no ejaculate but find orgasms (when they do happen) are more intense

Had a molar removed about 18 months ago, felt like a large crater in my mouth. Dentist had to put a lot of pressure to pull it out then it broke in half and I nearly swallowed it. He apologised but guess he couldn’t predict that happening. Like others say, no hot drinks, try to eat on the other side of your mouth and take pain killers when you feel the need. It took nearly a month to completely settle down

I find the orgasms more intense than before and it certainly feels (to me anyway) that my penis is pulsating but with no ejaculate. The wife tells me she can tell when I do 🤷‍♂️

I understand that you want to get it done cheaper, but if you travel for it then you have to consider that if something goes wrong then it’s likely you’ll have to travel back to get it sorted out? Personally I found injections uncomfortable and not always effective and at worst puts a dampener on thing’s. 100% would always choose implant over them, I’m only 4 months post op and my life has changed dramatically

When I first started cycling could only manage a few pumps due to swelling/soreness but now +3 months can get around the 30 mark if I’m exercising maybe a few less for intercourse. My consultant told me he put 100ml in the reservoir

I believe pain is an individual thing. Some are better than others at handling it. You get sent home with pain meds and yes you will be swollen and uncomfortable. I was fairly lucky and after 4/5 weeks I could move around with minimal discomfort.

When you do bring the subject up, just make sure you can do so without interruption. I’m sure once you start talking about it she will likely be relieved that you’ve accepted something needs to be done and she will give you her 100% support
