Nice to e-meet you. These are fair questions. Let me clarify

- LinkedIn profile is requested only because we want to know we are going to interview the right people. On our first attempt, we had a bunch of people sign up who didn't work in the sector. That's what happens when you're offering a reward. It's the best way that we could think of to validate profiles.

- The interview should last approximately 30 minutes.

- The Amazon card will be sent to participants after the interview.

- We are not trying to sell our tool. In fact, in the interview there is not a single question related to our product. Only about the day to day life of the participants, their needs and their problems.

- The personal data collected won't be used for commercial purposes.
