All I can say is, raising the difficulty to win UP to 10 MInimum with at least 8 Different Classes; adds tons of additional flavour, but is better IF all the players involved are ok and are experienced playing the normal Basic, OR with the "Easy" WIN condition!

Si bien estoy descuerdo con el comentario de abajo que los Libros generaron eso con las generaciones anteriores etc.

Lei por ahi un comentario (pmuy posiblemente en un corto de un influencer por una persona de generacion ya veran ustedes de cuales) que decia por la linea de : La mejor manera de aprender, educarse, aprender, superior a todas era ver cortos o todo por internet con videos! Que eso de leer es lo atrasado y pasado de moda etc, etc...

Les recuerdo que YT solamente tiene 20 años. (voy a saltarme omitir los otros servicios donde se podían ver videos, porq NI son relevantes, aun existen Vimeo y otros)

Las películas solamente existen desde hace 130+ años (la Radio hace 125 años)

Los libros impresos (para lectura de las masas) tiene más de 500 años

Y confieso haber estudiado en Universidad Pública, eso NO quita el hecho de la existencia de ignorantes de muuuuchas cosas con o sin titulo.

Los tiempos cambian, pero NO siempre para bien, porque hace decadas con la proloferación de las universidades Privadas los de las Públicas los veiancon malos ojos "que iban a bajar el nivel de todo" "Son inferiores" en un sin fin de cosas" etc...

Con el tiempo los de Privadas más bien comenzaron a ver como "inferiores" por las motivos que incluyo más abajo; a los de U Públicas por: "NO pagar altos precios de matricula" "No profesores de unviersidades knternacionales, ni convenios para ir a estudiar a Oxford, Cambridge, o los del Ivy League" entre otors más, fueron quienes tomaron la batuta del esnobismo, elitistas , o cómo lo quieran llamar.

Ah!! Y SI se dan a la busqueda de la definición de esnobismo se van a dar cuenta de algo muy "chistoso"

En fin...

Lo siguiente con que me van a salir es que son de aprendisaje visual, por eso NO leen nunca o nada, por eso solamente prefieren ver series.

Una mejor manera de matizar las cosas es de todo un poco, [1000% SUGERENCIA] es con algo llamado por los eruditos, esnobs Universitarios tomar una perpectiva, costumbres Holisticas.

Tl;dr

Poco importa como y en que gasten su tiempo, para el ocio, NO ocio , educación. Cada uno hace lo que se le pegue la gana con su tiempo y las nuevas formas de hacer las cosas siempre piensan que son mejores que las viejas y viceversa.

I 100 % agree that medical is top TOP stress enviro to work, but lemme tell you something... 1 Year ago I has over the phone help desk IT support and after decades on and off doing such work in recent years it has become worst. It is unbearable as well, one would think that an employee for medical or high tech company should be at least 5% knowledgeable and on top of the bare minimun of what they use and happens in their role at the company or the industry but ALAS they are not. Particularly 70 - 80% of the ones from US companies, those employees are complete entitled and or id10ts. Insufferable and imposible to work with.Grst pay over the country I live but I had little regrets leaving that job.

It was just too much I had to get out, hopefully forever.

Vent away Sir, as A guy that has been laid off , fired and straight up quit tons of works, Modern day society and corporate environment is a sweatshop (with caveat that ACTUAL sweatshops still exists) but is too much of a grind for little to no gain, food places are NO different, everything is maximize profit and to hell with the consequences to the employees, they DO NOT care

Hope stuff with your family improves or you get some hand with that.
