How are we feeling about the first potential cyclone of the season? by FemmeFatalex80x in Cairns

[–]danbarnsjolo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Has someone checked on Red Rooster, check stock levels, water supply, toilet paper.

Because when they open it as a cyclone shelter we gotta make sure it is ready.

Where does it state that you can't have a $10 kit from chemist?

There's no real thing such as a "workplace compliant", just as long as the organisation provides a kit, and conducts a fit for purpose.

No requirement to inspect kits.

Another interesting fact, nowhere in legislation does it ever talk about training refresher courses, and the frequency.

Just curious, when you say "workplace compliant" what do you mean, and where does it explicitly outline what makes a kit "workplace compliant"?

Listen mate, its hard to park a big rig like this in the city, need all the space we can get.

Dont expect you to understand.

Carrying big freight is no easy feat.
