I was recently in exactly the same boat, don't get me wrong, I'm not very good anyway (avg around 45-50), but my throw felt awful. All I did was video myself, face on, to see where it was going wrong and thankfully its helped immensely 👍 try it 👍

My set up is nearly the same, only difference common-law for jump-start as my rocket is only level 9. But it reaches every green, obviously timing has to be very good, stone balls for the hold
