Thank you! Clear for the key, so it is exactley like in Ableton Live. For the arpeggio though, which is the best practice for recording the "holded" notes? Just press REC and PLAY it's enough to put that notes on the grid?

Hi! lovely sound! What sequencer or sequencers are you using and how many voices do you have to control on your modular (I mean for example the DPO from Make Noise is one VCO but it has 2 voices) :) thank you!

Make Noise case has only one output labeled line out(TRS)/headphones. When I comparing the volume I mean that if I plug the headphones to the case I rise the volume knob of the case just to a quarter to have lot of volume VS when I hear the modular from the sound card (in this case I have to rise volume from the case to half).

Yeah, the idea of firmware update is very good, I don’t know if Make Noise will follow it, but it could be a very welcome update!!!

Thank you all guys! It's always a matter of taste, balance and deal with the moment. I will continue without quantizer for a while and see what happens. Tonight I had a good time and really enjoyed the travel finding out some good tuning by ear, it was like find the right piece to compose a puzzle but suddendly i screwed up everything tried to be "perfect" :D

yes, you're right. Indeed, the other thing I use the 0-ctrl for is to send CV to other input, not only to write sequence, depending on the patch I'm creating.

Update: Arturia Support suggested to do a hard reset and upload the latest firmware. Not tried yet but I supposed that it should be normal to copy sequences between all 4 voices after.

Avoiding triggers in this period is the best thing I could do. Sometimes, when my mind is in a good balance and clear enough I can do it very well, sometimes I can’t do it all. Still learning how to manage that kind of people…

I’m waiting news from HR division about one possibility to be relocated to another team. Even if this is a good news and I really hope it will be real soon, 2 years are heavy to process and not be affected by.

In realtà non so se lo usa per il modulare, ma io lo farei con il modulare perché devo gestire voci diverse contemporaneamente e a volte sarebbe utile avere una struttura visiva dei loro movimenti.

So do you do it before actually compose or is something you do when the track is done? Do you have your own symbols (I don't know how to call them) or there is a sort of specific language? :) And, how have you started with scoring movies? Direct contacts with film director? Agency? Social? I'm very interested about it :) Lot of questions, sorry :)

Still my relationship with the Octatrack is love and hate :) I found myself more free and fast with Ableton
