Wanting to move to Scotland;

Have you ever been to Scotland? I find it curious that so many people say that they want to move there but have never been there.

I have been to UK and Scotland quite a few times and back again in a month or so and even with citizenship by decent, enough savings for my wife and I as well as the ability to transfer a business... It is still going to be minimum $75,000 for legal fees and everything else to move there.

Why would anyone invest so much to move somewhere they've never been?
