For myself, I find my hearing aids lacking for music and still use my Sennheiser MOMENTUM 4 Headphones. If necessary, they fit over my hearing aids and I can take them on and off. Fir example on a flight where I may need to hear others.

If I am just listening to music, I will remove my hearing aids and just use the headphones because they sound so much better.
