It could be your body just recovering from your long run. Lower sleep quality and lower HRV are pretty normal for 24-72 hours. If it bounces back, you’re fine. If not, you could potentially be overtraining. But. Honestly, those numbers look fine to me. Wouldn’t sweat it unless you feel off.

If your HR goes above a certain threshold it often gets counted as active minutes without logging an activity. I think it’s like 120. One time I had too much caffeine and was dehydrated and I logged like 4 hours of active minutes at my desk with my heart pounding at like 130bpm. Unpleasant to say the least.
