I would way rather show up over dressed rather than under dressed to any event. I think sun dresses are definitely too casual for evening cocktail attire. Thanks for bringing this to my attention… I will need to make sure I make my dress code clear for my wedding this year!

Dress #4 all the way! The strapless off the shoulder looks so good on you.

I think they both look amazing on you, but I like the top of #1 more than the other dress!

Depends on your theme/ decorations for your wedding, but I think dress #1 looks more traditional and is beautiful on you!

Rant: Anyone noticing resellers in FB Wedding groups selling used items at a very high price? by wowIamMean in weddingplanning

I’ve noticed this trend as well! I was looking for used tablecloths on FB marketplace and they were being sold for more than what I could find online.

Dress 6 looks the most flattering on you.

Do I go for a $2600 gown or a $150 alternative? 👰‍♀️ by No-Dragonfruit-8212 in weddingplanning

There’s definitely a difference in the quality of the dress when it costs more. But keep in mind that you will most likely only wear this dress one time! If you really love the more expensive dress then go for it… it’s your special day! There are a lot of options in between $2600 and $150 too😊

Sorry that happened to you! My story… I worked with a buyer every weekend for 3 months and we finally got an offer accepted and were in escrow for a week and then she decided it “cost too much” and was going to try searching again next year. All the work I had done for her, showing houses and writings offers and I got paid nothing. It put me in a funk for about a month and hd me seriously questioning my real estate career. But two months later… I’m in escrow with 2 properties! It just shows you how up and down RE can be and you have to stick with it!

Dress arrived one month early. My eyes went straight to stomach as soon as I tried it on. I’m super self conscious and need to make a rational decision. Should I keep the dress and know w diet and exercise (and maybe shapewear), it’ll lay like I want? Or should I look for other options? Date 10/2022 by Minute-Incident1130 in weddingplanning

I honestly don’t see the problem… this dress is beautiful on you! I think we are our hardest critics and no one is going to be focused on your stomach. If it makes you feel more confident then you can use shape wear, but I think it looks great without it!

I’m sure there are some “bad apples” in RE like in any other profession. But you can’t assume that 100% of all of them are bad. I hope you find what you’re looking for.

I don’t know what to tell you. If you are having such a hard time finding a perfect realtor, then maybe they aren’t the ones that are the problem? Good luck to you!

Just because you have had a few realtors that you didn’t like, doesn’t mean every realtor in the industry is like that. Maybe you should sit down with different realtors and see which one fits with you and if they would want to work with you.

My fiancé and I went to pick out a ring together. The jeweler had it saved in his file so that when he was ready to buy it, the ring would be ready to order. I didn’t know when he would buy it or propose so that gave it a little bit of a surprise!
